Why Sarenica now splits the app and home pages
The app and the marketing site serve different jobs. Root now opens the workspace, while /home carries the public story, guides, and blog.
- Root is now for returning users and live product engagement.
- /home carries the public positioning, trust signals, and search-focused content.
- The blog now supports setup, analysis, and product update narratives in one place.
A homepage and a workspace are not the same product
For most of the year, the root of sarenica.com tried to do two jobs. It greeted new visitors with the marketing story, and it greeted returning users with their workspace. Those are different users, asking for different things, on the same URL.
The honest version of this is to give each surface its own door. Root is for the product. The marketing story moves somewhere it can stretch out without competing with the live workspace.
What lives where now
The /home route now carries the crawlable product story, Microsoft Store trust, setup links, and Hydrogen framing for new visitors. Everything indexable, everything search-facing. Returning users go straight to the workspace.
What this unlocks
The bigger win is that blog content, guides, and homepage framing can now be tested independently — without changing what a returning user sees when they sign in. Cleaner experiments, cleaner code, and less of the homepage trying to be everything to everyone.
