Delete your Sarenica account
Start a verified deletion online without reinstalling an app. Sarenica disables the account, removes active server-side personal data, and retries any data that is temporarily unavailable for deletion.

From Sarenica settings
In the web app, open Settings & Account → Delete account. Supported mobile builds should provide the same account-deletion entry. This public page remains available without installing an app.
What we remove
- Your Firebase authentication account and Sarenica profile.
- Firestore records and Cloud Storage objects associated with your account.
- Per-person rows from every uid-keyed BigQuery table, including staging tables.
- Hydrogen conversations, reports, saved findings, experiments, preferences, and support data.
- Connected-integration credentials and tokens held by Sarenica.
What to expect
- Most data is removed immediately. Verified requests are completed within 30 days, including automated retries and subject to limited backup or legal-retention exceptions.
- Recently streamed BigQuery rows may be temporarily unavailable for deletion; the service rechecks them until zero per-person rows remain.
- Deleting your account does not erase files stored only on your phone or computer. Uninstall Sarenica or clear local app data to remove those files.
- Account deletion is separate from cancelling a Google Play or Paddle subscription.
- Only a minimal non-personal deletion audit is retained: a keyed UID hash, timestamps, affected stores, and deletion counts.
Permission changes are not account deletion
Revoking Android Usage Access, Health Connect access, or a wearable connection stops future access. Use this deletion process if you also want previously synced account data removed.
