Welcome to Sarenica. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sarenica application and its related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Sarenica. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. License to Use
Sarenica grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the application strictly in accordance with these Terms. The Service is intended for your personal performance improvement. It is not a surveillance tool for managers or enterprises. Misuse of the Service will result in immediate license revocation.
3. User Accounts and Purchases
The Service offers different tiers:
- Starter (Free): Access to basic fatigue tracking and core features.
- Plus Lifetime (Paid): One-time purchase for tracking, cloud sync, and wearable integration.
- Token Packs (Paid): One-time, non-expiring tokens for AI assistant usage.
- Team (Paid): Team wellness features with privacy-respecting aggregate insights.
- Enterprise: Custom solutions subject to a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA).
4. Data Usage and Privacy
Your privacy is paramount. We are committed to complying with data protection regulations such as GDPR and India's DPDP Act. By default, your data is stored locally on your device. We only collect or sync data with your explicit consent. Our use of AI for providing advice and training our models is also strictly consent-based. 5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Sarenica only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service to monitor employees without their knowledge or consent
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Share your account credentials with third parties
6. Medical Disclaimer
Sarenica is intended for informational and wellness tracking purposes only. It is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
7. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sarenica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Plus Lifetime and token packs are one-time purchases. Tokens do not expire. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase (subject to applicable law and Paddle payment processing rules). For invoices and receipts, refer to your Paddle purchase emails and billing portal. For refund requests, please use our Support Center or email support@sarenica.com.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
