- Does Hydrogen Monthly renew automatically?
- Yes. Hydrogen Monthly renews automatically each cycle. You can cancel anytime and keep free tracking, wearable sync, and your personal trends.
- How do I cancel my Hydrogen Monthly subscription?
- Sign in and go to Account → Billing, then click "Open billing portal". That opens Paddle’s hosted portal where you can cancel in a couple of clicks. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period—you keep Hydrogen access until then, and your account returns to the Free plan.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Nothing is deleted. Hydrogen analysis pauses at the end of the billing period, but free tracking, wearable sync, and personal trends keep working. Re-subscribing later picks up where you left off — your history stays intact.
- Are refunds available?
- All sales are final. We recommend trying Free on Windows or Android and the public Hydrogen demo first, then subscribing once it fits.
