Your phone already knows enough to start

Screen time, which apps eat your evening, and — if you have a wearable paired — your sleep and heart-rate variability. That is already enough for Sarenica to notice a real pattern and tell you how sure it is. No new hardware, no manual logging.

  • Your phone alone — screen time and app use — is enough for a first honest finding.
  • Health Connect adds sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, and steps with no second account.
  • A wearable does not unlock the product; it sharpens findings you can already get.
  • Everything is computed and signed on your device. Raw data stays on your phone unless you turn on sharing.

You do not need a wearable to begin

The usual pitch in this space is: buy the ring, wear the strap, sync for two weeks, then maybe we can tell you something. Sarenica is built the other way around. The phone already in your pocket sees enough of your day to notice a real pattern — so you can start today, with nothing new to buy.

What it reads first is the least glamorous and most honest signal there is: when you actually use your phone, and which apps eat the hours you meant to spend sleeping. That alone is enough for a first finding about your evenings — and, crucially, enough for Sarenica to tell you how sure it is.

You can start today, with nothing new to buy.

What your phone can already see

Two layers switch on immediately. Screen time and app use come straight from Android, with no extra logging from you. And through Health Connect, anything a paired wearable or the phone itself already records — sleep, resting heart rate, HRV, steps — joins in without a second login.

On some phones a quieter third layer is available: ambient light, charging rhythm as a sleep-timing proxy, and gentle motion — all sampled without asking for a single extra permission. None of it is content. None of it is a microphone. It is context, read lightly, to keep a finding honest.

How much your data can answer, by what is connected

Sample data
Sample data. The phone alone already answers real questions; a wearable widens the range rather than being the price of entry.

A wearable sharpens it — it is not the gate

Add a wearable and the picture gets finer. Sleep score is a better read than sleep hours; recovery and HRV let a finding separate "you slept badly" from "you sat too long". Questions that were suggestive on phone data alone can cross into proven for you.

But the order matters. You get a real product on day one, and each thing you connect makes it sharper — instead of a paywall of hardware standing between you and your first honest answer.

Private by default

Because your phone is doing the work, the honest defaults are easy to keep. Findings are computed on your device and carry a signature made on your device — so you can always check where a result came from. Raw data stays on the phone unless you deliberately turn on research sharing.

That is the whole promise in one line: start with what you already have, learn something true about yourself, and keep it yours.

The honest default
Computed on your device, signed on your device, yours to keep. Sharing is a switch you turn on — never the price of using it.
